About this stay
Timeout House 2 is the first house's sister — same A-frame character, same amenities, a different temperament. The jacuzzi on the deck looks into the pines, the fireplace keeps the room warm through the first snow, and the home cinema closes the kind of evenings that don't want to leave the sofa. Village of Šainovci, about ten kilometres from Zlatibor center. Sleeps five, parking at the house, baby cot available. A small dog is welcome for a €30 surcharge per stay.

How do I pay for the stay?
After you send the request, payment instructions for a 30% advance arrive by email — that advance confirms the reservation. The remainder is settled on arrival. No hidden fees; the price you see in the summary is the price you pay.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am. If your travel doesn't match those times, let us know ahead — we'll do our best to accommodate.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations up to seven days before arrival are free — we refund the advance. For a cancellation on the day of arrival, the day before, or a no-show, the advance is retained. For anything in between, write to us as soon as possible — we handle it case by case.
