How do I make a booking?
Pick a unit, enter your dates and guest count in the form, and send the request. The dates are held for you right away, and payment instructions for the 30% advance arrive by email with the next steps — usually within a few hours.
Is my booking confirmed right away?
Once you send the request, the dates are held for you for the next 48 hours and the status shows as pending. We email you instructions for the 30% advance payment — the reservation is confirmed the moment the advance arrives.
What's the minimum stay?
The minimum is two nights year-round. Holidays, August and January require three nights, and New Year's requires four. Once you pick dates, the site checks the rule automatically and lets you know if the stay is too short.
